Some helpful features of google search

World clock

Google will display the time in any country/city across the world. Just  search by typing something like the following phrases or sentences:

Time city name

City name time

What is the time in city name?

Conversions

Google search can convert currency and units into one another just search:

USD EURO

USD in EURO

xUSD in EURO

Convert xUSD to EURO

km mile

km in mile

xkm in mile

AND MANY MORE!

Note: above “x” is a numerical number.

Finding Weather

Google search could also become a meteorologist. Just type, “weather city name”, with out quotes.

Title Search

My favorite feature. This feature make Google neglect those articles which are just stuffed with keywords, making the search more reliable and less time consuming. Here is the keyword:

intitle:Type your search here

Dictionary

Type “Define: your word” hit search button and viola, Google is now a dictionary.

Calculator

For some people feature may not be helpful, because for them Internet is slow and the waiting time is not worth it, but Google can be a great calculator if you like using your keyboard and not a mouse pointer in the native calculator app of the operating system. Typing can be like this:

X+Y

X*Y

sqrt X

..........

There are other features as well but these are the features that I think would be most useful. I’ve tested the above phrases, but if you happen to know others, a comment would be helpful to others.
