Earlier January of this year, a website named "no hope
left" has been on the internet. The site appears to be a viral teaser
website featuring various images of biohazard sign, with the phrase 'No hope
left' and also the date 19.01.12, spray painted all over the world. The website
also features a video in which a chinese woman in a panic wishing that her
lover would come home soon. Some people speculate that the website could be a
teaser for the game: Resident Evil 6. And it can't be helped for the fact the
CAPCOM is known to make the use of viral marketing. Later an official trailer
for the game was posted on the website, confirming that the website was indeed
a teaser for RE6.
Not much is known about the story of the game. The two
traillers published as of today, reveals that the game allows the gamers to
select between three scenarios of connected stories. The game also introduces a
new enemy named J'avo. In wikipedia, it was mentioned that J'avos are braver
and a lot meaner than those good ol' zombies. For example J'avos are able to
regenerate parts of their body that's been shot at. From two traillers game's
main characters we see are: Leon S.Kennedy, Helena Harper (Leon's partner),
Jake Muller, Sherry Berkin (Jake's partner), Chris Radifield and some B.S.A.A
agents. The game takes place in 2013, some fourteen years after the US
Government's destruction of Raccoon City, and takes place in various places
around the world: Leon in the U.S, Jake in Eastern European State of Edonia and
Chris in China. During the game locations of the characters crosses each
others'.
In the first trailler the release date was announced as 20
November 2012, however in the captive trailer released during April, the
